By creating an account or using ITSAGO, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using ITSAGO on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use ITSAGO.
ITSAGO provides AI-powered recruitment screening tools including CV scoring, video screening, candidate ranking, and shortlist sharing. The service is provided on an as-is basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
You must be at least 18 years old to use ITSAGO. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.
As a recruiter using ITSAGO, you agree to: (a) only invite candidates who have consented to a recruitment process, (b) comply with applicable employment laws including the Employment Equity Act, (c) not discriminate against candidates on the basis of race, gender, disability, or any protected characteristic, (d) inform candidates that their data will be processed by ITSAGO AI systems, (e) use AI scores as one input among many and not as the sole basis for hiring decisions, (f) not use ITSAGO for any purpose other than legitimate recruitment.
Candidates who complete screenings through ITSAGO have the right to: request a copy of their screening data, request deletion of their data, know how their data was used, and lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator. Candidates complete screenings voluntarily. ITSAGO does not guarantee employment outcomes.
ITSAGO uses Claude AI (Anthropic) and OpenAI Whisper to generate scores and transcriptions. AI scores are tools to assist human decision-making — they are not determinative. ITSAGO makes no guarantee as to the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated scores. Recruiters are responsible for verifying AI outputs before making hiring decisions. AI scores should not be used as the sole basis for rejection or selection.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via PayFast. All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and inclusive of VAT where applicable. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
Free accounts are limited to 1 screening role, 3 video screenings, 1 job listing, and 50 CV applicants. We reserve the right to modify free plan limits at any time. Free accounts inactive for 12 months may be deleted with 30 days notice.
ITSAGO and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ITSAGO (Pty) Ltd and are protected by South African and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from ITSAGO without written permission. Job descriptions and candidate data you upload remain your property.
You may not use ITSAGO to: (a) screen candidates for illegal purposes, (b) upload malicious files or code, (c) attempt to bypass security measures, (d) scrape or bulk-extract data, (e) impersonate other users or entities, (f) violate any applicable law or regulation, (g) harass, abuse, or harm candidates.
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using ITSAGO, you agree to our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, ITSAGO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to ITSAGO in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ITSAGO (Pty) Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use ITSAGO ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South Gauteng High Court. We encourage resolution of disputes through direct contact at hello@itsago.app before pursuing legal action.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or prominent notice in the application. Continued use of ITSAGO after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
